A small mod made for my modpack, Create+. Currently adds a few new kinetic blocks, such as a brass gearbox.

A recipe file always lives under its shipping mod's namespace, so cross-mod support shows up in the recipe type, never the directory.
What the JAR declares it needs, exactly as written. The range is what the modloader itself enforces; it is not resolved to a build, because a range is stable and a resolution is perishable (D-019).
